I have enjoyed working as a Dietitian for the past 25 years in both clinical and community settings overseas and within Australia.

Some of the Australian areas have included Royal Flying Dr Service, Nepean Diabetes Service, former Medicare local and private practise in Windsor, Parramatta and Erskine Park. Currently I am employed in nutrition clinical research through Sydney university.
I am excited to also work with Macquarie Towns Specialist Centre.
My core values in practice is to be “solution focused” with all my clients.
I value each as an individual and together we work toward health goals which are achievable and beneficial.
I strongly believe in positive client outcomes for all who apply change. This is achieved through understanding the clients medical, social structures, nutrition knowledge, behaviour and limitations.
I always work with the clients’ requirements, in doing this I provide evidence-based nutrition counsel, if wanted meal plans, nutrition resources and direction for using supportive nutrition apps. Clients are health coached to make change with eating patterns and behaviours.
